Whistleblowing policy
Metinvest Trametal S.p.A. published the new “Whistleblowing policy” related to the methods of reporting misconducts and irregularities within our companies and the protection measures for the people who make such internal reporting (so-called "Reporting Person" or "Whistleblower").
The document has been drawn in compliance with provisions of the Legislative Decree 24/2023, , transposing in Italy the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019 concerning the protection of persons (Reporting Person or Whistleblower) who report breaches of EU law.
The procedure is aimed at facilitating the emergence of violations and pursues the purpose of providing whistleblowers with clear operational indications with regard to the object, contents, recipients and methods of transmission of the internal reporting, as well as with regard to the forms of protection that are offered to them by the legislation.
If the Reporting Person wishes to make internal reports under said procedure, he/she can write via e-mail to the e-mail address: whistleblowing@metinvestholding.com which the company has prepared for such purposes.
